Can I change the address listed on my personal checks?

Can you answer helpsavethehumans's question about Checks?:

I moved recently and will not be able to keep my old drivers license when I get a new one with my new address. Can I just write my new address onto my bank checks, or stick a sticker with the new address on top of them? Some places compare licenses with checks.

I would just leave the checks as is. Just have something in your checkbook that shows your change of address and they shouldn't question it. The post office should of sent you a "postcard" showing your change of address if you did the change of address form.
